Has it really only been 2 weeks?

I feel as if I've grown at least another months worth!

22pregnantblog

Here's me and our baby at 22 weeks 4 days pregnant. I'm super tired all the time still. My OB increased the amount of thyroid medicine so that could contribute to it. Milk has become my enemy, which is awful since I've always been a big milk drinker. Luckily all the Tums I take everyday helps me with the calcium.

P.S. Ignore the wrinkly shirt :P Also, maternity jeans are the hardest things to find! I've finally gotten two pairs, but it took forever.

20 week 4 Day Ultrasound

20 weeks 4days

Here he is! These normal ultrasounds really don't afford a clear picture. But you can see his little profile and hand. He was opening and closing his mouth during the whole thing.

We're Having....

A BOY!!

We just found out today. Everything looks to be going well. The baby is kicking/moving all the time. The only thing the ultrasound tech and nurse mentioned was that my placenta is lower than normal at this stage. The OB will be checking at our next appointment to see if it moves up any. We should be putting up some ultrasound photos tomorrow or the next day.

Also wanted to share what we've purchased for the nursery so far. I just purchased the dinosaur decals today since finding out it was a boy. Everything else we've slowly accumulated over the past few months.

Here's a picture of how the dinosaur decals look when placed on the wall (it's a stock photo from the seller), just in case you were puzzled. They really are quite neat, can't wait to get them in the mail!

Here's a quick quote from the seller regarding the decals:
"Unlike most wall decals on the market, which are made of vinyl, our lovely stickers are made of fabric. This makes them perfect for children, as they are removable and completely reusable. YES! Our stickers are re-usable! They can be scrunched into a ball and will easily un-scrunch and re-apply to your wall, many times over. They are even washable, which is important when it comes to those precious yet impossibly grubby little ones! Our stickers can be applied to almost any surface, and will not damage your walls."

Pretty neat if I don't say so myself :P

Love ya!
